| Stenographer | General: Graduate in any Discipline from any recognised University. Technical: Grade-I Stenography diploma with minimum speed 80wpm (Eng), and minimum 6 months Computer diploma. |
| Steno-Typist | General: HS passed in any discipline from any recognised Board/ Council/ University. Technical: Stenography diploma with minimum speed 80wpm, and minimum 6 months Computer diploma. |
