| The candidate having the required essential qualifications for the posts as mentioned above may apply in Standard Application Form along with self attested Xerox copies of the following documents etc. in a closed envelope addressed to The Executive Engineer(PHE), Biswanath Chariali Division, Biswanath Chariali and submit in the Drop Box in Division office upto 3.00 PM of 22nd February’2021. a. Passport size colour photographs:- 2 (Two) nos. signature of the candidate to be given on back side. b. Proof of age:- Birth certificate from competent authority or School Certificates from Govt. Recognized School. c. Proof of Educational qualification:- Class-VIII passed certificate for Peon & d. Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from the Employment Exchange. e. Voter Card or Aadhar Card. f. Caste Certificate (wherever applicable). g. 01 (One) no. of Self Addressed Envelope (12cmx27cm) with proper amount of stamp.
